While we carefully pack every bulb, its fragile nature means there is a small risk of damage during transit, and replacements cannot be provided. If the gift bulb arrives damaged or is not compatible with your dimmer switch, you will need to source a suitable replacement locally. However, if the light fixture itself arrives damaged, we will happily provide a replacement.
