Your light is assembled to order in 3–5 business days, with delivery taking 4–6 business days. Most orders arrive within about 2 weeks.

All of our lights come with 12 months warranty. We also provide support for parts supply beyond the warranty period.

Is This Light Dimmable? Here's What You Need to Know

Our light fittings that use standard bulb bases of E26, E27, E12, E14, G9, GU10, and G4 are dimmable. These fittings act simply as a conduit for power and do not affect whether a bulb can be dimmed. You can check the type of bulb base of this light in the description above.

However, whether your overall lighting setup is dimmable depends on two key factors:

1. – Incandescent bulbs are always dimmable.
   
   – LED bulbs can be dimmable or non-dimmable. Always check the bulb packaging or specifications.
   
2. – Dimmable LED bulbs require a compatible LED dimmer switch. Without the right dimmer, you might experience flickering, buzzing, or limited dimming range.
   

We supply our lights with LED bulbs. But because we don’t know what type of dimmer switch you’re using, we can’t guarantee that the included bulb will be compatible with your dimmer. In case our bulb is not compatible with your dimmer switch, simply replace our bulb with one that is compatible.

for customers from UK, EU, AU, NZ, UAE and other 220V countries, your light will be wired with 220~240 Volt compatibility and will be CE certified.

for customers from U.S, Canada, Mexico and Japan, your light will be wired with 100~110 Volt compatibility and will be voltage tested accordingly. However this light has not received UL or cUL certification.
