Processing Time for Custom Orders

All our lights are handmade to order. Once we receive your order, we begin crafting your piece with care and attention to detail.

  • Free Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no charge.

  • After 48 Hours: A cancellation and restocking fee of 10% will apply, and 90% of the order value will be refunded.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot redirect the parcel without incurring additional time and costs, which will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Production Time: It typically takes 3–6 working days to produce your light before shipping.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with DHL, UPS, and FedEx for reliable, trackable delivery.

United States

  • Shipping time: 1–1.5 weeks

  • Total order to delivery: 2–3 weeks

Canada

  • Shipping time: 1–1.5 weeks

  • Total order to delivery: 2–3 weeks

Australia

  • Shipping time: 1 week

  • Total order to delivery: 2–2.5 weeks

Europe & United Kingdom

  • Orders under €440: Shipped via FedEx or UPS, delivery in 1.5 weeks.

    • Total order to delivery: 2–3 weeks

    • VAT and import duties payable by the customer upon entry into the EU.

  • Orders above €440: Shipped via regular shipping method, delivery in 3–4 weeks.

    • Free of VAT and import duties — nothing more to pay when the item enters the EU or UK.


We take pride in ensuring your handmade light arrives safely and on time. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your new light. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

If Your Light Arrives Damaged or Faulty

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your light is damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us right away after receiving it.
We will work to make it right, first by replacing any broken parts, and if that is not possible, by sending you a brand new unit at no extra cost.

Please note: Light bulbs are considered perishable items and are not covered under this policy.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you change your mind, you can return your light within 60 days of receiving it.

  • Return shipping to China will be at your cost

  • The item must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging

  • Items that show signs of use will need to be declined

  • We are not able to provide a return shipping label

Once we receive and check your item, we will refund 70% of the order value. The remaining 30% covers restocking.
